        The relative risk of CAD, CHF, pericardial/valvular disease, and conduction abnormalities is particularly increased</p>
<p>
        Early identification of potential cardiac complications w/cardiac MR and echocardiography provides an opportunity for regular assessment and potentially improved long term mortality</p>
