The below drug rash is classic Erythema Multiforme. It can be caused by many antibiotics but especially sulfonamides, allopurinol, barbiturates, carbamazepine, cimetidine, codeine, furosemide, ketoconazole and phenytoin. This is a must know your EM boards.</p>
