<strong>Sunset Eye Sign</strong></p>

The "sunset eye sign" can be seen in patients with increased intracranial pressure related to obstructive hydrocephalus or shunt malfunction.</li>
<li>
It describes an up-gaze paresis caused by compression of the dorsal midbrain.</li>
<li>
The lower portion of the pupil may be covered by the lower eyelid, appearing like a setting sun.</li>
