• Radial nerve palsy or Saturday night palsy presents with wrist drop, often after falling asleep on a bench causing compression of upper arm. Bonus: ELBOW EXTENSION IS SPARED! • Average duration of a generalized tonic-clonic seizure is 1-2 minutes • Delta sign on CT suggest cerebral venous sinus thrombosis. BONUS: On CT with contrast, will appear as the “empty delta” sign
