Resuscitation Conference 2019 - Reversing Life-Threatening Anticoagulant Hemorrhage
MSTF - Leadership Hall
An anticoagulated, severely hemorrhaging patient is challenging to even the most experienced clinician. As the use of direct thrombin inhibitors and factor Xa inhibitors increases, it is critical to know how best to reverse these agents. The speaker will review the recent literature regarding anticoagulation reversal, including a discussion of agents which are new to the market.
