Resuscitation Conference 2019 - Resuscitating the Critically Ill Obese Patient
MSTF - Leadership Hall
Obesity has now reached pandemic proportions and emergency physicians now encounter critically ill obese patients on a regular basis. Obesity is associated with important physiologic changes with consequences on airway and ventilator management, cardiovascular monitoring and support and pharmaceutical therapy.
