• In an altered patient deeply inverted T-waves in the lateral leads should raise concern for increased ICP. • ECG signs of hypothermia: J waves, bradycardia, shivering artifact, long QT, slow afib. • Differential of diffuse ST segment elevation: STEMI, pericarditis, benign early repolarization, LV aneurysm. ST depression in leads other than aVR and V1 rules in STEMI. • ST elevation greater in lead III than lead II think STEMI.
