2. Airway management is challenging, but it's what do you do when that airway is complicated by a very large body habitus? Dr. Ken Butler reviews his thoughts and also reviews a recent article on airway management in the obese patient. 

3. Do you know how to do orthostatic vital signs? Do you know what they mean? And what they don't mean? Have you ever told the patient to stand up for 10 minutes and then checked their vitals? If your answer to any of these questions is "no," then you better listen to Dr. John Greenwood, as he does a little mythbusting with regards to orthostatic vital sign testing.
