The June 2012 EMCast is now posted online for subscribers at http://www.emedhome.com/cme_emcast_detail.cfm 

There are two cases with fantastic case discussions: 
Case 1: Drs. Mike Abraham, Michael Bond, Priya Kuppusamy, and Ken Butler discuss a case of a patient presenting with a seizure, but it wasn't quite so straightforward in terms of treatment of the underlying cause. 

Case 2: Drs. Haney Mallemat, Mak Moayedi, and Ken Butler (he's back!) discuss a case of a patient with respiratory distress whose major problem was far south of his lungs. 

Discussions include not just seizures and respiratory distress, but also sodium, potassium, paralytics, drug shortages, bladder and kidney problems, lactate and serum porcelain levels, roc vs. sux, foleys, and clean kills. You'll laugh, you'll cry, you'll be moved. Enjoy!
