Academic Activities and Responsibilities

Grew up in Research Triangle Park in NC with parents in public health and pharma.  Lived in Ecuador for the Peace Corps. Worked in early childhood education before going back to school. Med school at Virginia Tech Carilion (new program, first class). The goal of all this education (EM/IM/CC) is to apply it where it's needed most.
