Academic Activities and Responsibilities

I am a Marylander by birth. I was born and raised here in Baltimore and I went to college at St. Mary's College of MD (a small public college in southern Maryland) and Medical School at the University of Maryland. I joined the faculty in 2022 and am currently the sub-I director, assistant director of undergraduate medical education for emergency medicine, and the assistant program director for the combined EM/Pediatric Program. My interests focus on pediatric emergency medicine, specifically neonatal emergencies, pediatric trauma and pediatric hematologic and oncologic emergencies
