So, I was born and raised in Atlanta Ga and have a brother that is two years younger than I yet, looks like my splitting image. He is in law school at the University of Maryland so it?s kinda cool that I get to see him all the time. I attended Howard University in Washington DC majoring in biology, did a brief stint at Columbia Univ in NYC for graduate school where I had a budding interest in biotechnology, to later end up in Beantown for medical school at Tufts School of Medicine. I got sick of the frigid winters in Boston so I decided to make my way back south by attending U Maryland for residency. Baltimore is very eclectic, to say the least, and certainly has a culture of its own. I enjoy the small town feel and after 2 years have even adopted ?hon? into my vocabulary:-) My interests involve traveling, music, performing arts and fellowship with family and friends. I plan to pursue an ultrasound fellowship following residency and look to stay in the MD/DC area.
