Research Interests

Dr. Windsor is an Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine and is an Assistant Residency Program Director. After residency at the University of Maryland Medical Center, he was selected as a Chief Resident and completed a fellowship in Emergency Ultrasound. Having worked for several years at Mercy Medical Center and Upper Chesapeake Medical Center, he returned to work at UMMC full time in 2017 and is core faculty. He serves as one of the department's ultrasound faculty and is the curriculum track leader for trauma didactics. He has been recognized for both bedside teaching and lecturing, including being awarded Mercy Teacher of the Year and being selected as a national finalist in the CORD Clinicopathologic Conference competition. His interests include trauma, ultrasound, graduate medical education, risk management, medical ethics, and visual diagnosis.
