Emergency Cricothyroidotomy for Trauma: Letter to Editor

R. Gentry Wilkerson, MD, Ken Butler, DO, and Michael Witting, MD, MS, co-authored a letter to the editor that was published in the June issue of the American Journal of Emergency Medicine. Their letter is a response to an article in the October 2012 issue of the journal, in which Dr. David King and colleagues discussed the training of surgery and emergency medicine residents in the performance of cricothyroidotomy.

Bicycle Crashes in Northern and Southern Hemispheres

Terry Mulligan, DO, MPH, in collaboration with colleagues from Netherlands and Australia, published an article in the June issue of Injury, comparing the mechanisms and types of injury sustained by adults in bicycle crashes in those two countries.
